Support the implementation of the Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR) project by coordinating field-level activities, facilitating community engagement, promoting sustainable land restoration practices, and ensuring timely reporting and learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Management, Forestry, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in community-based natural resource management, landscape restoration, or rural development.
- Knowledge of FMNR, agroforestry, or ecosystem restoration approaches.
- Experience in partnership engagement, donor compliance, and community mobilization.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data collection tools (e.g., Kobo, ODK), and basic GIS preferred.
- Ability to ride a motorbike and willingness to travel to remote areas.
- Knowledge of a local language in the Upper East Region would be useful
- Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
- Attend and participate/lead in daily devotions
