Lead Project Schedulers - Semiconductor

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking experienced Lead Project Schedulers to support large scale semiconductor construction and tool install programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites in Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading scheduling or project controls teams on large capital construction programs.
• Advanced experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles, schedule integration, and construction sequencing.
• Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, mission critical, or large technical construction programs.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary scheduling coordination efforts across multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience developing schedule reports, dashboards, forecasting tools, benchmarking analysis, and executive reporting packages.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast paced construction and manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting schedule quality reviews, schedule recovery planning, and schedule risk analysis activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
