Tool Install Project Managers, Phoenix, AZ - Semiconductor

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Tool install to join our growing team in the Northwest Phoenix, Arizona area on a large-scale manufacturing construction project.

Requirements

• Previous experience of 5 years plus working directly with a mechanical contractor as either a PM or PE.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of large project and construction management experience with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements
• Semiconductor experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling in the construction environment
• Excellent communication skills: ability to work well with external vendors to drive results; ability to communicate within multiple levels in an organization
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction standards, practices, techniques, and technology
• Extensive knowledge of job cost accounting
• Experience with project estimating and negotiations of project changes
• Ability to interpret construction contracts, plans and specifications
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience with the following tools: PM Web/Primavera/Excel/Word
