Head of Commercial

Ant International is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive revenue growth across Europe by managing Key Account and Partnership teams. As a Sales Team lead, you will develop commercial strategies, coach high-performing teams, and optimize revenue streams.

Requirements

• 7+ years B2B sales experience
• 3+ years in sales/partnerships management
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets
• Experience in consultative selling to ecommerce and international trade clients preferred
• International payments industry experience preferred
• Connections to international trade, marketplace networks, service providers, or ecommerce ecosystems is an advantage
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level engagement
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
