Compliance Officer

Worldline is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory provisions applicable to payment institutions in the Netherlands. The role involves reporting on compliance status and risks, ensuring appropriate processes are in place, and providing compliance advice and support.

Requirements

• Master in Dutch Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the financial sector in a second line role (Compliance or equivalent)
• Knowledge of PSD3, applicable EBA guidelines, the Wft, DORA and other relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to conduct second line assessments on an organization
• Knowledge of the card payment or banking industry
