Requirements

• Participate end-to-end in project delivery
• Translate business requirements and user stories into robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions
• Create and manage technical tasks, contribute to estimates of effort, cost, and workload
• Lead and deliver complex developments while supporting and guiding less experienced developers
• Qualify new product releases and support release activities
• Support Product Owners with solution design and workload estimation
• Promote code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement
