Head of Payement Regulatory Compliance (F/H)

We are looking for a Head of Payment Regulatory Compliance to join our Group compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to diverse regulatory authorities, identifying relevant regulatory changes, and initiating necessary measures to accommodate them. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk function, and a strong understanding of payment services regulations.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk function
• Undergraduate degree in legal, compliance, or related fields
• Knowledge of payment services regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work with all levels of personnel with a high degree of integrity and maturity
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Experience in European regulatory compliance projects
