Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HBO intern with a proactive and independent attitude to join our Dutch HRM team. You will have the opportunity to shape your internship according to your interests, with a strong focus on mapping, documenting and improving HR processes. You will support HR colleagues, initiate and execute your own projects, and be part of a company that is driven by a strong ambition to do good.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Initiative and action
- A team player who is not afraid to ask critical questions
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent social skills
