Requirements

• Handling, in autonomy, requests related to Corporate matters;
• Legal coordination and follow-up of the entire foreign subsidiary network of the Worldline Group;
• Restructuring operations;
• Writing corporate legal documentation for French companies;
• Assistance in obtaining signatures on governance documents of all Group entities;
• Preparing summary documents;
• Preparing signatories and following up on signature processes;
• Preparing, depositing, and following up on legal formalities in collaboration with our formalists;
• Preparing, depositing, and following up on notarization and apostille formalities;
• Assisting with the keeping of legal registers of French Group companies;
• Writing powers and following up on their signature and archiving;
• Managing invoices from law firms and other service providers;
• Accompanying new members of the Corporate team;
• Classifying and archiving corporate legal documentation of Group companies;
• Monitoring changes within the Group and updating the organizational chart and the tracking tool for subsidiaries;
• Collecting and transmitting legal documents in the context, in particular, of KYC;
• Assisting with the preparation of general meetings and board of directors;
• Supporting the implementation and improvement of processes;
