Manager des Risques Opérationnels (F/H)

CAWL is recruiting a Manager of Operational Risks to support CAWL's development strategy by mastering operational and financial risks associated with it.

Requirements

• Diploma in a Bac + 5, ideally a degree in risk management or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience in risk management & internal control
• Good knowledge of professional standards in risk management and permanent control
• Experience working in a highly regulated sector
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex situations and support senior teams' decision-making
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Rigorous, positive, dynamic, and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in office tools, knowledge of SIGR Archer is a plus
• Knowledge of the payment ecosystem and innovation is encouraged
