Requirements
- Strong process design, documentation, and governance capabilities
- Experience in operations, program management, PMO/support roles in a technology or product environment
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and data/analytics platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating effective dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
