Worldly is seeking a Knowledge Manager to lead the development and maintenance of its centralized knowledge resources. The role will involve curating, organizing, and maintaining the company's help center and knowledge base, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts to capture and structure knowledge effectively. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in content creation and documentation, knowledge of basic sustainability concepts, and experience with Knowledge Base or CMS platforms.
