Requirements
- Retail Math Expertise: Gross Margin, Turn, GMROI, Weeks of Supply, Sell Through %, Balance of Sale, Average Unit Cost, Average Unit Retail, Sales per Sq Ft
- Advanced Excel and Power Point: Leverages advanced Excel capabilities (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis) and PowerPoint to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Basic/Moderate SQL proficiency for data extraction, analysis, and reporting across assortment planning systems.
- Project management, ability and willingness to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines, utilizing Project Management tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently while effectively engaging with project owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable navigating complex datasets and systems, with a focus on driving actionable insights and operational efficiency.
