WorldQuant is seeking an AI Software Developer to build company-wide applications to address colleagues' everyday problems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and building scalable AI-driven products, and staying current with the latest technical advancements in AI and LLMs.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Exceptional analytical skills and passion for solving complex problems
- Thorough understanding of how AI works and familiarity with language models
- Understanding of vector databases and other relevant data structures
- Working knowledge in various databases and messaging technologies (SQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Mature, thoughtful attitude with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
