Digital Experience Associate

WorldStrides is seeking a Digital Experience Associate to maintain and enhance their digital presence for the Higher Education division. The successful candidate will create, manage, and optimize website content while monitoring site analytics to identify opportunities that drive engagement, conversions, and SEO performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web content management, analytics, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience managing SEO or analytics projects in higher education, travel, or consumer marketing.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing tools.
• Experience creating or maintaining data dashboards or campaign reports.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and content optimization.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BrightEdge (or similar SEO/analytics platforms).
• Proficiency with CMS tools such as Sitecore XM and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic technical troubleshooting for web content.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights in clear, actionable ways.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and content quality assurance
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
