Job Description
Join Worldwide Flight Services as an Air Logistics Warehouse Supervisor and contribute to the timely delivery of cargo shipment, luggage, business to customer delivery, and on-time flights while operating safely and securely.
Requirements
- Manage all shift and ongoing activities related to warehouse
- Develop company personnel by performing duties listed below, or through subordinates as directed
- Regularly review personnel and operating activities, directing the resolution of related difficulties
- Lead, direct, and motivate employee workforce by means of basic management skill sets
- Train and ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company and customer policies and procedures
- Observe and enforce all WFS and government safety policies, regulations and directives
- Maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation
- Ensure that the required company audit requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance at all times
