Job Description
The role involves directly supervising a team of Airport Logistics associates who move packages by hand and pushcart in and around our indoor/outdoor facility that is located on airport property.
Requirements
- Monitors the quantity and quality of work performance of assigned Air logistics personnel.
- Directs personnel within assigned functional area.
- Participates in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates.
- Communicates with Airport Board officials and individual customers.
- Maintains and controls all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA requirements.
- Ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations and contractual agreements.
- Administers practices in a fair and equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors and other third parties are treated with respect.
