Lead Cabin Services

The Lead Cabin Services oversees and participates in the cleaning and sanitization of aircraft interiors, ensuring compliance with airline and safety regulations. This role involves coordinating a team, assigning tasks, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining efficiency in turnaround times.

Requirements

• Supervise and assist with the cleaning of aircraft cabins, including seats, tray tables, lavatories, and galleys.
• Ensure compliance with airline standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assign tasks to cabin cleaning agents and monitor performance to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met before aircraft departure.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and airline representatives regarding cleaning schedules and special requests.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
