Job Description
The Ramp Services Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating airport activities, monitoring work performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
Requirements
- Perform all aspects of airport operations
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure operational needs are met
- Offer efficient and professional customer service
- Act as company representative when assigned
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, percent and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
