Job Description

Requirements
- Manage, coordinate, and control airport activities for both Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions
- Monitor the quantity and quality of work performance
- Direct personnel within assigned functional area
- Oversee and advise on staffing requirements
- Participate in discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring, and termination of subordinates
- Train subordinates
- Ensure compliance with Company rules and regulations, Company standards, and contractual agreements
