Job Description
Dynamic Server Support position provides customer support for designated equipment and performs basic to complex troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, and servers. Interacts with clients to address technical issues and responds timely and accurately.
Requirements
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Basic repair tool kit ownership
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
