Worley is seeking a Director, Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership and governance to the Supply Chain function, ensuring the successful execution of supply chain strategies across projects. The role will contribute to the organization's ambition of delivering sustainable solutions by optimizing supply chain processes, leveraging digital tools, and ensuring alignment with Worley's sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years supply chain management within the energy, chemicals, or resources sector.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale supply chain operations, with significant supervisory and management experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to drive digital transformation and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic programs and policies that impact regional or large-scale EPC and EPCM projects
• Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Ability to make independent, strategic decisions that drive long-term business success.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present complex proposals, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with a participative management style, fostering a cooperative and high-performing team environment.
