Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10 to 15 years of experience in business development within EPC or related engineering industries
- Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and managing complex negotiations
- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and commercial frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
