Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, commerce, engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of business processes and procedures including Worley Risk Framework.
- Experience in Risk Facilitation.
- Experience in engaging confidently with senior executives and functional leaders to discuss risk exposure and control effectiveness.
- Sound judgement and willingness to raise concerns.
- Proactive and improvement focused mindset.
- Experience in risk data management, insights or trending.
- Experience in developing clear, insightful, and decision useful reporting for senior leadership.
