Requirements
- Develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with Woroods brand identity, marketing goals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the content team (copywriters, designers, media production team)
- Brainstorm and develop original ideas for storytelling, campaigns, social content, product highlights, and brand moments.
- Review and approve all content before publishing to maintain quality standards.
- Track content KPIs and generate insights-based recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into strong content concepts.
- Partner with the marketing team to align content with performance goals, customer insights, and brand positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance and content results to refine future strategies.
