Job Description
Director of Sales, Enterprise role to own new logo acquisition and expansion across the enterprise segment, managing a small team of senior Enterprise AEs and SDRs. Personal quota and responsibility for carrying and closing large deals. Player/coach role requires sales leadership experience and ability to run deals while building a team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
- 4 years in a frontline sales leadership role managing AEs
- Direct experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors, lenders, or adjacent regulated industries
- Experience with modern sales stack: HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Mastery of a structured enterprise sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Force Management)
