Engineering Manager

Worth is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of 4–8 engineers and deliver meaningful product outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience directly managing engineers
• Experience leading teams of at least 4 engineers
• Strong track record of delivering complex software projects on schedule
• Solid system design fundamentals and architectural judgment
• Experience partnering with Product and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow engineers across multiple levels
• Ability to balance delivery pressure with long-term technical health
• Experience navigating ambiguity and setting clear direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage conflict constructively
