Head of Quality Assurance

Worth is looking for a Head of Quality Assurance to build, lead, and elevate the QA function across the organization, defining quality standards and leading a team of QA engineers.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the QA function
• Define and evolve the company-wide quality strategy
• Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks
• Write and review automation code
• Establish clear standards for test coverage and regression testing
• Own and organize all test case management and reporting
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
• Implement risk-based testing strategies
• Drive reduction in regression defects and production escapes
• Improve incident postmortem processes
• Advocate for quality as a shared responsibility across engineering teams
