Senior DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure & Reliability

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure team to make our systems faster, more reliable, and more resilient. As a force multiplier, you will eliminate operational friction, automate repetitive processes, and build scalable infrastructure patterns.

Requirements

• Conduct regular interviews with engineering teams to identify operational pain points
• Design and implement scalable Infrastructure-as-Code patterns using Terraform
• Own and evolve our Kubernetes platform (EKS or self-managed)
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Lead systemic reliability initiatives
• Design and enforce secure networking, IAM, and secrets management strategies
• Improve observability by refining metrics, logs, and tracing
• Optimize cloud cost efficiency
• Own disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and multi-region resilience initiatives
• Refactor brittle or manually managed infrastructure into automated systems
• Lead by example in incident management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence
