Senior UI/UX Designer

Worth AI is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own and elevate the visual and interactive experience of our industry-leading onboarding and underwriting workflow automation platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
• 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment as a primary driver of design strategy
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables) and prototyping tools
• Proven experience building and maintaining comprehensive design systems that scale
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance business goals with user needs
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex workflow problems through clean, modern, and accessible design
