Job Description
We are looking for a Production Leader to help guide and support our manufacturing teams on 2nd or 3rd shift. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement and is ready to make a real impact on daily operations.
Requirements
- Perform all duties in a safe manner
- Ability to work in a team environment focusing on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standards
- Knowledge of die building and repair, along with the ability to disassemble and assemble machine tools and dies, and perform routine preventative maintenance
