Software Engineering Manager

Freenet Health is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and maintaining internal healthcare technology platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years managing engineering teams
• Strong backend development background (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar)
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with secure system design and web security practices
• Agile Development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
