Energy Service Delivery Manager

Woven by Toyota is seeking an Energy Service Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end sales and service operations of a new energy management service for EV owners. The successful candidate will own the design and standardization of workflows and SOPs, lead cross-functional coordination, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 7+ years of professional experience in operations, service delivery, or sales operations in energy, construction, mobility, or other infrastructure-related industries
• Experience working with external partners such as installers, construction companies, dealers, or OEMs, including handling complex stakeholder relations and escalations
