Ubee by Toyota is contributing to Toyota's transformation into a mobility company. The Payroll Analyst will manage payroll systems, employee entry and exit, year-end adjustment, and support taxes and social insurance.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of payroll calculations
• Experience in payroll business or labor union office for 5 years or more
• Understanding of year-end adjustment, social insurance, and income tax
• Experience in operating payroll systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High communication skills for employee interaction
• High level of confidentiality and compliance awareness
• English communication skills (reading and writing)
