Ube Next is looking for a Project Manager to lead the operation and improvement of services and products that integrate digital and physical touchpoints. The role involves improving Woven City's robot-based autonomous delivery infrastructure, collaborating with international technology development teams, and managing on-site operators. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in designing, starting up, maintaining, and improving service operations involving hardware, and has strong technical knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in designing, starting up, maintaining, and improving service operations involving hardware
• Ability to document product requirements for operation improvement in a form understandable by engineers based on qualitative information such as field observation and user feedback and quantitative information such as metrics
• Technical knowledge and communication skills to clearly convey problems and requirements for improvement to diverse engineers
• Balancing ability, scheduling, and coordination skills to implement service improvement while standing between development and operation, considering both situations and requirements
• Business-level English and Japanese language skills
