Job Description
Woven by Toyota is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to engage with development platform customers and support Toyota Group's transformation. The role involves collaborating with customers, sharing insights with the product and engineering teams, and driving process improvements. The CSE team provides critical infrastructure for next-generation vehicle development and AI training.
Requirements
- Business-level English and Japanese language proficiency (verbal and written communication skills)
- 5+ years of experience communicating product value and functionality to multiple customers
- Experience driving organizational transformation, particularly leading the successful implementation of process changes utilizing the latest digital technologies.
- 2+ years of experience working with end-users
- Experience with software development and related tools
