Job Description
WPP is seeking a Programme Director to lead its Tenant Consolidation programme, which aims to simplify, modernise, and unify its technology platforms across the group. The Programme Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of strategic outcomes and benefits realisation, while minimising disruption and maximising engagement during large-scale change.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex technology transformation programmes
- Strong background in portfolio, programme, and project management
- Leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to define and articulate a clear programme vision, roadmap, and benefits case
- Exceptional comms skills and ability to build trusted relationships with senior sponsors and delivery teams
