We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our UK Client Services team. As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be hands-on in the delivery of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and configure solutions that genuinely solve business problems.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS-IRM or equivalent certification in GRC, Vendor Risk, or Audit Management or actively working towards one
- Hands-on experience with IRM modules such as GRC Risk & Compliance, Vendor Risk, or Audit Management
- Background in professional services or a multi-client consulting environment
- 1–2 years of ServiceNow consulting experience in a client-facing role
- At least 2 years of scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working within agile delivery environments
