Job Description
The Crew Leader - Arbor is responsible for leading an Arbor crew to complete various projects within the Arbor line of business, promoting jobsite safety, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Lead and assist with training crew members
- Ability to read and comprehend daily work orders
- Determine when to start and stop work dependent on inclement weather conditions
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
- Maintain work vehicle and tools to be clean, organized, and operational condition
