Crew Leader

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise a line clearance crew and plan daily work. The Crew Leader will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices, obtaining customer permissions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of tree trimming experience, excellent leadership skills, and knowledge of electrical circuits and tree care operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Basic knowledge of trees, including identification and growth habits
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and tree care operations
• Valid commercial driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Herbicide applicator or operators certification and license
• First-Aid and CPR certification
