Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our marketing performance across digital channels, while overseeing the execution of key campaigns and initiatives. The role focuses primarily on digital performance, while ensuring strong alignment across both online and offline marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally with experience in integrated campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, with TikTok or other emerging platforms a plus
- Comfortable managing budgets and making optimisation decisions based on data
- Proven ability to guide creatives, manage vendors, and lead cross-functional projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving enrolment, revenue, and ROI targets
