Job Description
Write Edge is seeking a committed and resourceful individual to join their Teacher Training and Development team as a Teacher Supervisor. The role involves conducting classes, facilitating teaching, managing branch-level operations, and contributing to departmental initiatives. A degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related fields, and at least 3 years of teaching experience are required.
Requirements
- Degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Early Childhood Education, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, or equivalent in a related role
- At least 1 year in a lead/senior teacher capacity
- Experience in curriculum planning and/or familiarity with the Singapore curriculum is a plus
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about teaching and nurturing children
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Responsible, with a proactive work ethic
- Resourceful and capable of managing projects end-to-end
