Job Description
WSC is seeking a Water Treatment and Infrastructure Lead to provide technical leadership and client relationship management within the water treatment and infrastructure domain. The role involves driving client service, project quality, risk management, business development, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and have experience in leadership and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in California and/or Oregon or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in water infrastructure.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Geographic flexibility; willingness to travel as needed.
