Responsable Géotechnique et Travaux Souterrains (H/F)

WSP is seeking a Geotechnical and Underground Works Manager to lead a team of around ten people specialized in geotechnics and underground works, responsible for large-scale projects in the field of geotechnics and underground works. The role involves managing and growing a team, supervising project execution, leading or participating in large-scale projects, and contributing to the development of the activity in Île-de-France and adjacent regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Geotechnics / Civil Engineering
• 15 years of experience in conducting projects in the conception phase or follow-up of realization in the fields of geotechnics (deep foundations, complex excavations...) or underground works
• Interest in management and human resources management
• Good writing and synthesizing skills
• Rigor, flexibility, and a good capacity for organization
• Excellent written and spoken French and English skills
