Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a qualified Architect to support concept, planning, and technical design of construction projects. The Architect will develop, modify, and review drawings, assist in solving design complexities, and lead specific aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction/architectural industry, working knowledge of UK building regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction/architectural industry
- Must be a qualified Architect
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations and national standards
- Working capability and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to manage junior colleges and provide guidance and support
- Manage design tasks and deliverables and report on progress against the design programme
- Support the Project Lead in developing the project execution plan, including financial planning, and forecasting resource
