Assistant Vice President, Civil Engineer - Facilities

WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Civil Engineer to join our Facilities team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer looking to expand their technical expertise, take greater ownership of projects, and contribute to complex, high-performing facility and infrastructure projects across multiple market sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• 10 + years of relevant civil engineering experience
• Ability to perform work requiring independent judgment, adaptation, and modification of engineering principles and procedures
• Experience in one or more of the following: Land development, Municipal utility design, Water resources, Environmental engineering
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analysis, grading, and site development design
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing project needs
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage tasks and deliver results
• Interest in developing client relationships and understanding client needs
