Assistant Vice President, Mechanical Design Engineer

WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Mechanical Design Engineer for our Boston, MA office location to help grow our Property and Buildings business in Boston. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HVAC system design and technical leadership experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related degree.
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience with a strong emphasis on HVAC system design, engineering calculations, and mechanical system integration.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• LEED AP or WELL Certification.
• Previous healthcare, laboratory, or clean-room HVAC design experience.
• 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR 1910.120) preferred.
• Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired.
