Job Description
WSP is seeking an Associate Director to lead the delivery of structural engineering services for Civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, passion for bridge engineering, and experience in project management, design, and maintenance of bridge projects.
Requirements
- Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer
- Proven ability to manage complex projects
- Practical knowledge and experience of bridge design, maintenance, and assessment
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
- Understanding and experience of use of Eurocodes and their application to bridge design
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
