Job Description
WSP Australia is seeking an Associate/Associate Director level Mechanical Engineer to join their Sydney team. The role involves leading mechanical design projects, managing costs and timelines, and developing strong relationships with clients. This is an opportunity to drive the development of the Building Services team and contribute to the achievement of strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Expertise in Mechanical building services engineering and design documentation
- 12+ years' industry experience on Australian building services projects
- Strong client relationship management and project management skills
- Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.)
- Understanding of BIM, NavisWorks and Revit MEP
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP)
