Job Description
Associate Director- Structures is a key role that involves handling tasks assigned by WSP USA office with minimum supervision, carrying out detailed design, and supervising team members to ensure delegated work is completed to deadlines and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the design of building structures
- Strong management, communication, and technical skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large, multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Proficiency in technical structural software such as ETABS, SAFE, SP-Column, SAP 2000, RAM SS, ADAPT Builder, Rhino and REVIT
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
- Proficient in Reinforced Concrete, Steel and PT Designs
- Ability to develop spreadsheets and Automate day to day tasks
